Miranda and I were talking about things from our childhood and a very specific book series came to my mind.My mom subscribed me to a series of books called, "Sweet Pickles". They were about these different animals that would find themselves in a "pickle". I loved to read them and would love to have some of them for my children, but they are so expensive!
The main set contained 26 different books with an animal that represents each letter of the alphabet. They were originally created in the late 70s and they stopped printing them in the 90s. I can find them on eBay and a couple other websites. However, they are either expensive or in really bad shape.
