Fountain pop, Maleah sleeping, WalkAmerica

3BT for 4/24/07

1. Old fashioned flavored fountain pop (soda in the north, coke in the south). I stopped by Allen's Pharmacy yesterday and got a cherry Coke for me and a vanilla Pepsi for Miranda. There was a lot of cherry in mine, but it was really good. Miranda loved her drink too. She said it was "delicious". Stop by Allen's today to get yourself a flavored fountain drink or a milkshake. Tell 'em Bob sent you. That won't get you a discount or anything and they'll probably look at you strange because they don't know who I am.

2. It is about 8:30pm and Miranda had finally calmed Maleah down enough to get her to fall asleep...then the phone rings. I expected it to be someone who wanted me to come to their house and throw my phone at them. It was the city engineer calling me about a curb cut application. I was happy to hear from him and best of all...Maleah didn't budge. She slept from that point until 7:20 this morning! I love my girl.
