Warning: Spoof IRS Emails

I just wanted to pass along a quick bit of information. Someone is sending fake IRS refund claim emails. Do not open it. Although there probably isn't a virus attached it is best that you just delete it. Don't worry, you're not missing a refund.

1. If the IRS needed to contact you, it would be by the US Mail.
2. The IRS would never go out of their way to get you a refund.
