Mum's the Word, Normal, Vacation Plans

1. Weeding, planting, and mulching our flower bed. It looks really nice now. We just need more flowers. I love mums.

2. Dad and John are in Normal. No, I didn't mistype. They're in Normal, Illinois (and yes it's pronounced "ILL-uh-NOY"). John is getting trained on his new job and dad is doing crossword puzzles in the hotel while watching Westerns. I don't know this for certain, but I KNOW it.


3. Talking about vacation. Sometimes talking about going on vacation is almost as good as going. The decision of where to go, when to go, the planning, etc. So exciting!
