New Office, precious time, the name Jesus

3BT for 4/26/07

1. A brand new episode of The Office. I hate when they have re-runs! If you have never watched this show and you have a slightly "off" sense of humor, you would love it! Here is the info from NBC's website for tonight's episode:UNPRINTABLE? AN OFFICE IN CRISIS - The office is in crisis mode after a large shipment of Dunder Mifflin paper is accidentally sent out with an obscene watermark - and Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) tries to manage the media with an impromptu press conference. Jim (John Krasinski) and Andy (Ed Helms) also attempt to calm the high school principal who has sent out prom invites on the affected stationery.

2. Time is precious. Maleah taught me that. I took time for granted before. I don't anymore. Every moment of free time is like currency. I used to spend it foolishly, but when you have a baby you are forced out of that behavior. Now time is spent wisely; invested in family, friends, and quiet moments alone with God. Time cannot be borrowed from one day to the next. There are 24 hours given to us each and every day. Don't spend them all in one place.

3. The power in the name...Jesus. Say it in a public place or a crowded room where you know that there are nonChristians. Some will become angry and tell you to stop. Others will squirm in discomfort. Then there are others that will listen. No matter what the reaction is, the power of His name will be unmistakable.
